Loteria Card Project
Overview:
For this entire project, what it was based on was trying to show who we are by describing ourselves well through a card. From working with others in this class, it made it easy for me to be able to speak with anyone in the class getting critique. From that it really did make my project turn out very well, which really did make the final product one to remember.
Reflection:
Yes, this project was fully based on ourselves. But what made this project so awesome to me was from learning about others. All in all this project was truly a learning experience of the others around me. I spend more that 7 hours a day with the kids in my class everyday of the week, but getting to understand their hobbies and their things they want to achieve in their lives made me want to talk to others.

Comida Project
Overview:
For this project everyone had to come up with a dish we all wanted to make as a group. From this my group was Connor, Victor and Nick. We first wanted to make rolled tacos, but we decided to make the Mexican dish Menudo. We then had to make a step by step video in Spanish of us making the food, which was very challenging. Not knowing much of the language, but knowing how to cook pretty well it was very difficult. We managed to make an awesome video, which was pretty easy and straight forward to fallow.
Reflection:
This project to me was truly a such a success for me, due to having to go through so many struggles on the way. We had to work through not knowing much of the Spanish language, which really did make me use my problem solving skills. What made this project such a great project, was due to having to use all of our group mates advantages. Yes one person knew how to speak Spanish, and one person knew how to cook and one person knew how to edit. Due to that we all figured out what we were going to complete and we got it done well.

Immigration Project
Overview:
The immigration project ranged for about a month of strait research in class, to become experts on a current issue going on today. From that with a group of, Fehung, Isabelle and Jesus we all worked together and found something that we were all passionate about to fix. Out issue that we were passionate about was, trying to utilize unused government money from vacant US buildings to pass a bill that would help out the immigrants. From this we all presented to a panel of immigration professionals and I feel like my group and I did very well.
Reflection:
I spent a lot of time on this project, to make it work out but I truly wish that my partners also spent some more time on it so we got a better grade. All in all this project was truly a success and I am very proud of my outcome. I tried my best to learn as much as possible to learn a little more about the issues going on today in the community we live in. Living right by the US/Mexico boarder it has caused me to learn more about the true reality and issues going on today in the world.
